1. Acceptance of Terms & Applicability
How to Accept the Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service on the hehehe platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full. A legally binding agreement between you and hehehe takes effect from the date these Terms become applicable. You must be at least 18 years of age, and online gaming must be legal in your country of residence. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited — any such use detected will result in immediate account closure. We reserve the right to modify these Terms, in part or in full, at any time without prior notice.
Scope of Applicability
These Terms apply to the hehehe website, mobile application, and all associated digital services. Users in Bangladesh are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with local laws and regulations. Our services may not be available in certain jurisdictions, and access will be restricted accordingly. Each individual is permitted only one account — duplicate accounts will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited. The name, address, and ID details submitted at registration must be valid and verifiable. As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process, we may request identity documents, proof of address, or other supporting materials at any time. Failure to provide the required documents promptly may result in temporary suspension of the account.
Password & Security Responsibilities
Keeping your account password strictly confidential is your responsibility. Never share your login credentials with anyone — hehehe representatives will never ask for your password. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. hehehe will not be held liable for any loss resulting from your own negligence or sharing of login information. We strongly recommend using a strong password and changing it regularly.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Hehehe may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances: (a) breach of Terms; (b) fraudulent or deceptive activity; (c) provision of false or misleading information; (d) suspected money laundering; (e) operating multiple accounts under the same identity. Upon account closure, any valid withdrawable balance will generally be returned, though it may be held pending investigation. Users may also request account closure at any time through support. A specific cooling-off period will apply for self-exclusion requests.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
User Responsibilities
As a hehehe user, you confirm that you will use the platform solely for lawful purposes and personal entertainment. You agree that all information provided in your account is truthful, accurate, and your own. Operating gaming activity under another person's identity or on their behalf is strictly prohibited. You acknowledge that gaming and betting carry financial risk and that you are participating knowingly and of your own accord. Maintaining responsible gaming habits is entirely the user's own responsibility.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hehehe platform. If detected, immediate account closure and legal action may follow:

- Using Automated Bots or Software to Play

- Money Laundering or Use of Illegal Funds
- Attempting to Interfere with Platform Security
- Harassing or Attempting to Harm Other Users
- Attempting to exploit multiple accounts
4. Payments & Financial Transactions (BDT)
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on the hehehe platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 business hours, though delays may occur if KYC verification has not been completed. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are detailed on the payments page. Using multiple payment accounts under the same identity to conduct transactions is prohibited and will trigger an investigation if detected.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Any bonus, cashback, or promotional offer provided by hehehe will only be withdrawable after the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Failure to fulfill the conditions within the specified timeframe may result in the bonus being forfeited. Attempting to participate in the same promotion multiple times or abuse any bonus offer will subject the account to review. Full terms for each bonus are listed separately on the promotions page and apply equally alongside these Terms. Cashback or refunds are generally returned via the original deposit method.

5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

Hehehe provides its services on an "as is" basis and is not directly liable for service disruptions caused by technical faults, server outages, or internet connectivity issues. hehehe accepts no financial liability for gaming outcomes, as gaming is inherently risk-based and users participate with full awareness of this. We are also not liable for losses resulting from third-party technology, payment gateway failures, or network issues. However, where a loss is directly attributable to our own error, the maximum compensation will be limited to the value of the transaction in question. hehehe bears no liability for losses arising from a user's intentional negligence or breach of these Terms.
Account Suspension & Recovery
Hehehe may temporarily suspend any account under security investigation or where a breach of Terms is suspected. During suspension, access to account funds and new transactions will not be possible. Once the investigation concludes, the account will either be reactivated or permanently closed. Any valid balance in a permanently closed account will be returned after verification, though it may be forfeited if a violation is proven. To appeal an account suspension, contact our support team and provide the necessary evidence.
